Alaska harbors a range of risks, including adverse weather, exposure to rough terrain, strong currents, encounters with wild animals, and other unmentioned hazards.
You agree that Talkeetna Fishing Lodge will be held harmless for these risks and any resulting responsibilities and dangers.
Talkeetna Fishing Lodge will not be responsible for accidents, loss of personal property, cancellations, or delays due to weather, acts of God, closures of fishing by the state, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The Alaska Department of Fish and Game has the authority to change fishing regulations on short notice. This may include restrictions on fishing for certain species and methods used. In the worst case, it could include closures to fishing of certain species. Talkeetna Fishing Lodge sells “fishing trips” and cannot be held accountable for these restrictions.
In the event of fishing closures for a specific species, trips will proceed as long as it is possible to fish for other species.
